8 hours, 40 minutes and counting...

Until the 28th.

Seriously if he is born on the 28th, my OCD will be so happy. Then all my kids will be the 28th. Tomorrow is exactly how far along I was with Lucas, too, so I figure it's possible.

Lost a ton of plug today. Crampy but not really contracting right now BUT there's so much pressure. I can pretty much feel exactly where his head is. Ouch.

Cross your fingers!!!!!

Hoping he comes the 28th! we now have one on the 21 and one on the 22 I think it would be neat to have htem all have the same date! Much easier to remember too!

Well, I don't have OCD, but still totally think this kid could be and should be born on the 28th!

Still unbelievable amounts of pressure but contractions aren't any more consistent than they have been the last 30+ days. Gonna get on the exercise ball for awhile and see what happens. This much pressure has to make my water break eventually!

Do this thing girl! Start chanting "Open and come out"...over and over!

We had some cool numbers stuff going on here too...

24 - DSD
25 - Hubby
26 - DD
27 - Me

Then Marshall was born on the 17th. Way to ruin it dude! Blum 3

That would be great if it did end up being the 28th. Ours is
Me Dec 25th
DD Oct 25th
DS2 June 25th

Then we just call DH and DS1 the May odd balls since they were both born in May obviously.

DH and I have nothing pattern like in our bdays.... BUT
DS2 6/21
DS1 7/22

Maybe if we have another we can aim for 8/23??

Jon and I have birthdays the same week and if you add them together it equals our anniversary!
me: 8/13
Jon: 8/17
anniversary: 8/30

So it would be sooooo cool if we got a pattern with the kids. Smile

contractions are getting a lot stronger but still no consistency.
Definitely can't sleep though.

Contractions were up to "breathe slowly and try not to make noise and wake people up" at every 3-5 for most of the night. Now they are 10-15 at most and mild at best. Again.

At what point do I admit that what I need is just a little bit of pitocin to get things to regulate???? I really don't want it but seriously I have been waiting for things to stay consistent for more than thirty days now. I don't believe it's going to happen on it's own anymore. I am so sad right now I can't even explain.

((hugs)) I'm so sorry! I wish I knew the answer...I can only imagine how frustrated you are and being so close on a date you would love to have him come. Sad

It's today. 1:00 eastern, so just a few more hours. My doctor just posted yesterday on Facebook that one of his mommas came in at 9cm to an appointment and still wasn't actively contracting! Craziness!!!! He helped her along (didnt say how) and baby came FAST but still, isn't that crazy? I think that could end up being me!!!

Maybe if you're even a 5 he could help you along??? (usually all they have to do is break your water at that point!). Oh, and with my 3rd I was 7-8, 100% effaced, and +1 station before active labor started... craziness for sure. She stripped my membranes and labor started one hour later. We thought it was going to be REALLY fast, but it was actually 4 hours still! Smile

I don't know... I'm impatient and I'd probably ask for a membrane strip at least. The 28th thing would be so cool!
