Appt went great..now to wait four MORE weeks!!!

Appt was simple and boring so everything is great. I was hoping we would get another little peak at baby cause she had a hard time finding the heartbeat. She would get one beat and then the baby would squirm away..after about five minutes she got two beats before it got away and said it sounds good lol Other than that I have gained two pounds since the first appt (which is totally shocking!! I feel like I have gain 15lbs!). But she felt baby and said it is measuring right on track!

So yay! Now to find something to do to keep me busy for the next four weeks.... :help1:

YAY for a good appt. My wee one was like that at my last appt too. As soon as the midwife found the heartbeat he/she would wiggle away! Too funny. She did end up finding him/her long enough to get a count though.

Great appointment! I don't mind waiting for my appointments, but now I'm impatient waiting for my ultrasound!!!!!!!!!!! I have 3.5 weeks until that...

Yay for a good appointment! I've only got a week left to wait, and I will actually get 2 U/S next week, so I may know on Tuesday what we are having! It won't be long for me until I go in every two weeks. Probably one more monthly appointment. When those two week appointments come around, time seems to really speed up!

Glad it went well. I'm kinda opposite this time. I haven't had major complications in the past so I talked my doc into 6 weeks and then 5 weeks in between appointments. His office is 40 minutes away and it's just a real pain to drive there (even though he's worth it). After I go February 15th, I'll try to hold off to the last week of March. I'm traveling the first of April and Id like the all clear right before I go. I feel kinda bad but by the third, it's just not very exciting.

Yeah, by the 6th one it's REALLY not exciting... especially when you have to drive an hour to get there and take 5 kids with you! Wink My midwife it good about letting me "stretch" appointments though.

My doc office is an hour away as well. I don't get excited because I drive an hour - pee in a cup, get preached at for not drinking enough water, they check the heartbeat, measure my stomach and send me home. It takes all of 2 minutes for an appt. I mean, that's fine!! I'll take a 2 minute non-concerning appt over something else, but... it's a long drive for 2 minutes. My appts are 4 weeks apart too (although, ladies on my BB are telling me I get to go to every 2 weeks probably this next time around)...but I tell ya, this pregnancy is flying by and it seems like those 4 weeks just zoom by
