Baby Position and Movement

So both of my boys were head down mostly on the left side with their feet up to the right. Both were head down at the anatomy scan and stayed that way until the end. This little girl was head up with feet down to the left at the anatomy scan. I'm pretty sure she is still in about the same position. So I feel movement mostly down low and get the kicks to lower areas too. I find this feeling of movement a bit off putting. Somewhat uncomfortable and don't remember thinking that so much with the boys.

What position is your little one in and where do you feel movement? Do you find you have a preference in where you feel the wiggles?

She was head down, and with her head in my hip (then she moved back down) at the scan. I have an anterior placenta, so I think a lot of her movements are muted still, I am mostly feeling her below where my placenta is at along my pubic bone can feel all the lighter movements there, and the bigger movements when she stretches or what ever I can feel all over.

I have no idea what position baby is in.. but this week there were times I would have sworn there was 2 (or like the other night 10) in there! majority of what I feel is below my belly....like hwere my huge belly curves back in its lower than that. in my pelvic area... if baby drops he's goign to drop out! At one point this week I felt a kick/elbow something all the way at the top of my belly below my rib. first time feeling anything there... let alone even close to that high. it was then almost an instant as low as you can go feeling. so I dont know if baby was flipping? or what. but we are now back to everything being SUPERlow when I feel it.

DD was Frank breech for a lot at the end and I had an anterior placenta...so things are much different this time.

At my u/s a long while ago this baby was breech too. A couple weeks ago I was getting a lot of kicks in my bladder/rectum area. NOT fun. Now baby seems to have moved and the ones I feel the most are on the top left. I have NO idea what that means for placement. I hope those are the legs and he/she is head down...but who knows? The midwife says it's too early for her to feel the placement.

at my anatomy scan she was laying down with her head to the left feet to the right. but im thinking she is breech because all my kicks seem pretty low under my belly button low with DS he always kicked on my right side up high so its def different this time with getting kicked really now. i cant really feel her moving much so its hard to predict where and when she'll kick. DH did get to feel her kick this week for the first time

Emalyn is literally everywhere... She keeps flipping quickly causing a lot of pain. My big movements are in the lower right below my belly button this am with a foot in my ribs still. I get some bladder punches too. I never know where she will be at any given time but she is pretty high up too, head down as of yesterday. The list so far is Thursday last week head up, Friday last week head down, this Wednesday head up, yesterday head down, she is crazy!

she is all over the place lol at least she is being active, im sure mommy isnt to thrilled though

Saylor kicks really low. On our ultrasound she was head up as well.


DS, I can't really remember except towards the end he liked to kick up in my ribs when I was sitting. Not so comfortable.

I have anterior placenta again, so I can only feel her really low right now. DS I didn't feel till later in my pregnancy.

It is very reassuring and I'd rather hurt because of her flipping. She is nonstop action these days, with dd I felt no where near this much. She's going to be a handful :)
