I'm so sorry. Stress is not good!
My DH actually started juicing beets with our juicer this week. Apparently it does wonders for lowering your blood pressure. Not the nicest stuff in the world, but DH said his blood pressure today was a good bit lower than it usually is, and he has been drinking beet juice every 2nd day for a week.
Like I said on FB try to eat less sodium and fat. Try to do some research on diet to lower blood pressure. Also, de-stressing is very important. I know you're always so go go go, but if you could find a way to slow down, it will go a long way. Delegate tasks and/or decide on things that really don't NEED to be done before baby comes and taken them off your 'to do' list. Take it easy!
