Burning my tongue!

I was thinking brownies sure sounded good (dang you Pinterest!), but I didn't have the ingredients...but DID have a box of red velvet cake mix so I modified. Now they are supposed to be cooling but I can't resist digging in, even at the expense of my tongue getting burnt. It's so worth it. Mmm.

I made chewy oatmeal cookies last night after the kids were in bed LOL! I made 4 dozen and I swear I have eaten nearly 2 dozen MYSELF.

I'd love a brownie fresh out of the pan right now. Of course, just cool enough to safely eat Wink

1 box Red Velvet cake mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 beaten egg

Mix ingredients until just moistened (overmixing will ruin the texture). Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Turned out delicious!!
