Default Charlie horse pain on stomach

I've had charlie horses on my calf while pregnant with DS but i get them on my stomach usually my right side. If i stretch over i feel it tightening and i have to massage it through it really hurts. last night i must of rolled over on my back and when i woke up i was feeling it again. just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Im going to ask my midwife on thursday but i must say its quite annoying

I have and I read it's just from stretching. It went away and a few days ago returned.

husband gets charlie horses a lot, usually it is due to low potassium and dehydration. Drink lots of water and eat some bananas.

I don't know if it has anything to do with water bc I drink 3 16.9 oz bottles of water at work and then I drink a 28 oz bottle at home. I eat bananas usually every other day. I think it's right with the stretching theory.

i agree i drink at least 64oz a day if not more, if drink anymore water i'll be swimming. I dont eat much bananas but it only happens when i stretch to much so im thinking overstretching is the culprit

Yes, yes, yes! Same here.. especially if I twist or something to look somewhere else and do it fast. It's annoying. Don't worry though, it'll pass but it will return lol Babies are just growing
