My kids just had dentist appts last month. Unfortunately they both have cavities and we have to go see the pediatric dentist now to get them filled....ugh. Glad your little man did well!
I found a cute shirt :) Actually I bought it in 2 colours because I can't decide!
I was pretty impressed the dentist went so well myself. Its so hard to get him to brush.
How was your weekends? Ours was busy and I wasn't feeling well on Saturday night (hence the contraction/stomach ache post). Much better now.
Busy week, soccer tonight if it doesn't rain and science night at preschool tommorrow night.
Glad he did well at the dentist. We took my DD for the first time in March and she did really well. I'd been dreading it and then it went totally smoothly which was nice; in fact, she wants to go back. Score!
Not feeling 100% this morning...have a headache and my vision is messing with me a bit as I'm having a hard time reading the screen or focusing on anything. Going to try to lay low for a bit and see if it clears up and if not, I'll have to load up the kids and run to the grocery store and check my BP. Having had pre-e with my first, any possible signs totally freak me out. Hopefully things will mellow out on their own then I can just mention it to my doc tomorrow at my appt.
that sounds scary about your vision. Is it something that happens with pre-e?
Yikes, I hope your vision gets better. I would be freaked out too.
This morning.....where did it go? DH and I lay in bed til 8 am (ignoring the big kids playing and raiding the cupboards and ignoring Emerson talking in his crib LOL) and then we drove DH to work. It's a holiday but he's working today so he can take a different day off.
As we were putting the carseats back in the car (taken out when DH went camping) we noticed everything was taken out of the center console and left on the seats......yeah. Somebody was in our car. Thankfully only the TomTom was gone, and we never use it anyways since it's pretty old. All our phone chargers were still there (thank goodness, those things are like $50) and nothing else from the garage or car seems to be missing. Whoever pillaged our garage also threw my son's bike out into the alley and broke the training wheels. My DH found it lying mangled in the alley. Thankfully we have an extra bike with training wheels so I swapped them out and he is happy he can still ride. Probably just some dumb punks because they weren't very smart about what they stole, just looking for quick electronics they could sell. So....really annoying start to the morning but glad nothing else was done or taken. We'll have to be more vigilant about locking everything up at night. :(
So we spent the morning outside fixing up the bike and playing. I mowed part of the lawn, until I got too tired LOL.
I hate hearing stuff like that. (although I'm happy the damage was not too bad)
Really, did they have to mess with a kids bike? What did they gain by that. Argghhhh, nasty people out there.
That sucks Sandra! I hate that feeling of someone having gone through my stuff. My DH left my car unlocked accidentally in a parking garage a few years back and I got a few things ripped off, mainly an iPod, a small digital camera and a few pairs of sunglasses. But they left my debit card that I'd thrown in my center console and forgotten to take out. So obviously it was kids but it really bothered me.
BP was fine, 127/77. So we'll see how it is at the doc tomorrow and I'll mention this to him. But I feel a lot better knowing my BP isn't through the roof!
Stupid kids. It costs more to update an old GPS than to buy a new one. Why would you steal an old one? Idiots. :/ Sorry that happened. I think the worst of it is feeling your privacy and space were invaded. Not cool.
