I made a batch of marmalade today. I enjoy canning, and I haven't gotten to in a while. It sure does make a mess, but I love seeing all of my colorful jars and having food on hand.
I remember falling with both of my other two, but, fingers crossed, maybe I won't with this one.
I had cooked chicken breast in the freezer and leftover corn in the fridge, so I put that in Kraft foods and came up with this: Santa Fe Enchilada Bake recipe
