I was REAL dizzy this weekend. then today I was super dizzy again. I thought maybe my blood pressure was acting up. I had serious issues with DS early on with the blood pressure. I know Im not getting enough water ... but its hard when Im teaching, and trying to keep on schedule when I have to pee 50thousand times when Im NOT drinking alot.. I can't imagine if I actually drank what I was supposed to...... Im waiting for more ppl at work to ask. the wellness center is only there 2 days a week and the nurse comments each time she comes in about how much mroe Im showing. I seriously CANT hide it anymore. Tomorrow is parent visitation day. the only thing I have that hides it is sweaters AND its toooo darn hot in my room. I actually sent a kid down to get me a cup of ice today... so we will see if anyone questions it tomorrow. prayign the dizzy stays away tomorrow

I get dizzy and lightheaded quite a bit. Usually it is because my blood pressure gets low in pregnancy and blood sugar gets low too.
