So here we are wanting so much for a sibling for Ben, and AF started this week. I go on facebook and find out through there that DH and I are no longer going to be aunt and uncle. We are going to be GREAT-Aunt, and Great-Uncle! apparently his neice is expecting. It has not been a pretty 2 years on that side of the family (at one point she tried to run her own mother over with the car bc her boyfriends mom told her too....), and I dont know that anyone else even knows yet. (not sure how much they read the comments of others on facebook....this is how I found out.. his sis had posted it : Love you Jessie! Remember, no heavy lifting! Eat healthy! AND TRY TO LISTEN TO MY ADVICE. I TOLD YOU AND JOSH MULTIPLE TIMES TO USE PROTECTION. LOOK WHERE THAT GOT YOU. :3) ) Our niece is 22 and though that is old enough to have a child her maturity is NOT 22 yrs old. We have her cat bc she couldnt take care of it a year ago. Why is it that the ones that want so much for a child and would give them everything.. struggle....and the ones that have no business ahving kids get preg?? thanks for letting me vent
I totally understand!!!
I sometimes think there should be an implant that stops people having kids until they have done a degree in it!!! Lol
Sadly we just have to sit back and try to be patient.
These things are sent to try us!
Huge hugs again!!

I understand about the seeing people get pregnant that probably shouldn't, when I was working at the hospital so a ton of really young teens (13-14) having babies. It's sad.
I teach 8th grade and have a pregnant student right now, so I understand the feeling of it not being fair especially when you want it so badly and are trying so hard for it. Like everyone said, it will be that much sweeter once it does happen for us!
Sorry, but your not alone. My (17yo) brother and his gf (18yo) announced back in June that they were pg. I was so mad and upset for a while. I think what made it worse for me is that everyone seemed so happy about it. I do know that they will make great parents, but I really wish it was at a later time in their lives.
Hope we both get out bfp's soon!
Oh Patience! I'm so sorry to hear this. I know how hard it is to hear about people getting pg when you're ttc, but it's especially hard when they are in no way fit to care for a child. Sigh. As much as I never wanted and 'oops' sometimes I think it would have been easier to deal with than TTC. *hugs*
