I hate that this is such a taboo topic because I got a wicked bad one during pushing with #1 and thought I was a freak. Anyway, that one has reappeared with each subsequent pregnancy earlier plus a few smaller ones to accompany it. Probably from about halfway on. They've already gone away maybe a week ago completely. That's the fastest I've had them heal. Prep H a few times a day helped the discomfort and maybe helped speed healing. Tucks pads have helped in the past but I didn't need them this time.

Yes and I have no idea, but soon I hope! I use prep h and tucks as needed for symptoms too. And soft tp.

I had them during my pregnancy with DD, pretty much all during my 3rd trimester. To be honest I didn't do much about it! I know it sucks though!

I broke down and used some Prep H. I'm such a fool! Why didn't I do this last week? Sweet relief! Goodnight!

It's not a shining moment in life the first time you break out the tube of prep H but it does the job!

I've got some swelling that I can feel when I sit but it's not painful and isn't affecting my ability to "go" so far.
