I love love LOVE Everly. It was my top choice for my DD but my husband didn't like it enough.
heather - I like Marshall quite a bit - you could use Marsh as the NN.
I think Saylor Jade is adorable!
My friend has a DS named Carson and I love it. I went to HS with a kid named Marshall and no one really shortened it that I can remember. It's only 2 syllables. It's a nice classic name IMO.
My DH is on the fence about it at this point.
We've got an 's' theme for all the others, so I would LOVE to continue that. But realistically, I have no idea. We had such a hard time last time, we're out of names we like. Even our youngest doesn't go by her 'real' name, but rather her nickname (her name is Selene, but we all call her Lilu...which was supposed to be her name until I bowed to pressure to name her something less 'hippy-wackadoo').
I'm certain this babe is a boy, so I think his name will be Thelonious James (Theo for short).
Theo is cute!!! Will you add a silent 's' to keep with the theme? :P
I totally giggled at the hippy-wackadoo thing. That's why I don't tell people i know IRL what name we chose until AFTER baby is here and named. They tend to keep their opinions more to themselves once the naming is done. ;)
I made a mistake sharing name ideas with my father for my first pregnancy. I was really into the name Spencer and he totally ruined it for me. I also do not share IRL with anyone!
I found out today that Eminem (the singer) is really named Marshall. Geeze Louise! I'm trying not to let it ruin it for me. I don't DH and he's like "Damn it!". LOL
yeah, his real name is marshall mathers I believe. What about Mitchell? it's similar to Marshall.
