Please keep Kia in your thoughts. She had a sharp pain and is worried about baby as her heart rate is registering low on the home doppler. She's on her way to the hospital.![]()
Sounds like she's being sent home. PHEW!
Kia was getting HR of 88 at home but at the hospital they gave her some juice to drink and BAM baby woke up. The hospital got readings between 110 and 150 bpm. PHEW!
So relieved. That was the scariest 4 hours ever. Em was moving and suddenly stopped and I got the sharp pain. I waited a min or so then switched to my left side where she got the hiccups and moved a few times then nada. I tried cold water juice and food. I waited an hr then heather reminded me of my Doppler. I found her at 88 me at 68 then a very sluggish cord no placenta whoosh. I called and they sent me in. After 20 min of monitoring her hb was up and down but no movement, then the nurse walks away and she kicked! She moved 27 times in the next 20 min. Thank goodness! They said we may never know why she went 4 hrs no movements but her tracing looked like that of a full term baby! Woo hoo. I'm supposed to keep track of movements and call again with any decrease. Now I praise her for every movement. (as I write this she's hiccuping away)
Thanks for the support ladies. I couldn't do it without all the support I get. I have been tacking her since 10am, she is crazy baby today, she has a definite nap time too, hoping to see a pattern. Even her 30 min "nap" she moved more than the 4 hrs yesterday. Just glad to feel her today. I laugh at the kick counter instructions lol. They say stop when u feel 10 movements and report if it takes more than 2 hrs. Lol at me point she kicked 10 times in 2 minutes. Her most active today was 30 times in 15 minutes. Plus hiccups twice so far. So relieved!
