They just want you to hang in there about ten more days, right? So exciting! Do you feel like as soon as you come off bed rest she will make her appearance or do you think she will stay put for awhile?

my specialist said i could do as i please at 34 weeks, thats 9 days! I will ask my ob about it tomorrow, and tell her i took my specialists advice and have been up about 4 hours a day and am feeling much better for doing so! im less achy all over and have had very minimal spotting no contractions really either. I have no clue how long she will stay in once im go go go all the time, but i really want to go back to my bed and sleep train my DD1!

Awesome! Have a great appt and KUP!

FWIW, it was a totally different situation but my MIL went into labor with my BIL at 27 weeks and they were able to stop it and put her on bed rest until 37 weeks I think. Once she was given the okay to be active again, she figured any day and go figure he came a week late Just a good story of irony I suppose.

I walked into the ob office today! May not seem like much but it felt so good. I gained 5 lbs, bp 116/76. She said by my swelling she can tell the weight is mostly water. I'm measuring smaller than my last appointment but em has dropped she said. Heart beat was 130's. She said its ok to stay at the 4 hrs of activity a day for now, and at 34 I can increase slightly but not much. I can lift Elora if I have to (unavoidable) but any bleeding and I need to stop again. She said we will discuss adding more or ending bed rest possibly at 36 weeks. I will not be allowed to go overdue or to my due date because of the placental problems. I have one more two week appointment and then weekly from there! Can't believe it is there already, then again, I'm ready.

I have been nesting like crazy! I have all the clothes washed and put away and washed and sterilized all the newborn bottles, nipples, pacifiers, and the pumping accessories. I have my birth plans handed in and an extra in my completely packed hospital bag. I even got travel sized everything so the only last minute thing is the laptop! I also have been decorating the house (completely clean top to bottom) and adding curtains in every room. I really want to use the paint i got two years ago when we moved in, lol, but I may wait in that as I am prego. Just feel so good lately that I can't stop!

Looking forward to my 34 + 2 appointment!

O I forgot to say that she checked out my incision from my surgery that's been hurting and pulling and she said we will reassess it after she comes, best I can do is just watch it. It could reopen but there's nothing we can do about it.

YAY Kia! I'm so glad things are going well. I know it sucks to not be taken 100% off bed rest at 34 weeks but I think baby steps are better. Over-doing it might make Em come right away and the longer she can stay in the better her outcome will be.

I'm still jealous of how your mom cleaned your whole house! LOL
