I agree, don't get hung up on nicknames. I was worried about DS not having one (Dane) but you come up with some. We call him Daner, Rooski, and DH calls him Spuds :?: My dad calls me Bear. We call my DD Peanut and Bean. Lots of random nn's at my house.
My daughter currently names every baby 'Cee Cee' so if we have a girl and name her Cora, I think she might already have a nickname! :)
We are pretty certain if this one is a boy, his name will be Jacob Andrew

I won't do another name that ends in "y" or the "ie" sound. No clue though!!!
I love your names Lauren! What about something like Jocelyn Rose? That's pretty but doesn't end in a y. (Not sure why that name popped into my head!)
That is pretty Heather! And thank you!! I stress over names so much and then we always seem to find the perfect name at some point, but I feel so clueless for a while!
I keep looking through all these names to see if I can get any ideas. We still are stuck on names. This time isn't as easy with the 3rd!
With that said for girls I like, Tiffany, Lauren, Nicole, Makenzie, and cannot figure out a boys name.
Our first two end in the same sound (Nathan and Madison) and our third is different (Connor). We are throwing around the idea of another "UH" sound for our 4th but don't really want to get into that sort of thing - we want another 2-4 kids after this one.Quote:
