linea nigra

Who's got a linea nigra? I had one last time but I'm not seeing one this time! Weird? Perhaps it's too early.

Mine took a lot longer to appear this time than last time with DD.. but it came. Smile I'd say around 35 weeks?

I've got a very faint one - like I think DH thinks it's just dark hair or something (he hasn't mentioned it, which is probably good for him). But it's becoming more and more noticeable.

I do Blum 3 I don't remember when I got it but I'm also darker skinned so.. I think it shows up earlier on darker complexions.

I've never had one I guess, I think, then again I'm fluffier too and I got a nice line of hair. My whole belly got harrier this time and didn't last time. Weird.

I am really fair skinned and have never noticed one before and haven't so far yet!

I'm also more fair skinned and don't have one that I notice. I did notice mine showed up after birth with DS2 and hung around for a little while before it faded away. I think it was probably there during pregnancy but due to stretched skin, wasn't visible and then right after birth showed up visibly.

Weird. I had one by about 20 weeks with #3, but it's barely noticeable this time.

I've had them in the past, but I don't remember when they appeared. Sometime in the third tri? Anyway, nothing this time yet.

I have one and I am pretty fair skinned. I think it showed up around 24 weeks.

FYI - the linea nigra isn't hair...it's a skin colouration thing. Biggrin

I looked back at some pics of my belly with DD and I think I had a lower one by now...but not this time. It might be coming. We'll see. For the record, I'm pretty fair skinned too. Maybe a bit olive if placed beside a SUPER fair skinned person. LOL

My red hair is a pretty good indicator of how fair my skin is Wink

The skin on my chest is so fair and thin that you can see a maze of veins all over my chest and boobs. I would look ridiculous wearing some skanky-low-cut dress like the stars wear at the Oscars. What do you think they do, use makeup on their chest to cover veins? LOL.

I think I do have one quite lightly this time, but not as dark as with my last. Strange.

My chest veins are HUGE right now. Celebs must wear make-up to cover it up!

No line, but hair. Same as last time so far.

My belly has certainly become more fuzzy in addition to the line. LOL

I had a very dark one with my first. It didn't go away completely until I was pregnant with #2 (early on) and never came back with him. So far nothing with this one either. Pretty weird.
