I will totally take a picture of my supper tonight too, even though it isn't TG. LOL.

But I am trying something yummy! Crockpot Chicken Caesar Sandwiches.....drool. Something about pregnancy always makes me crave chicken caesar and chicken salad.

Ooooh, that sounds good! You'll have to take a pic for sure!

I'm doing a roast chicken with the fixin's. I thought about getting a turkey but even the chicken was $13!!!! My mom is coming for dinner and then her and I are going to an Avon party...fun times! I get a free gift for bringing someone so I'm bringing my mom. Shhhhhhh, she doesn't know that's why I invited her. Blum 3

Ha ha.

I will eat massive portions of supper and then go to choir tonight and see if anyone will ask me if I am pregnant. LOL

I am feeling pretty skinny today. In the morning you can barely tell I have a belly at all. I am totally feeling "girl" because I am so much smaller than usual.

I hear ya. Going out in the evenings is HARD when you're trying to hide it. I won't have my CVS results for about 4 weeks. I'm not sure how I'm going to keep it on the down-low till then. Blum 3

I am here, I was invited to go to a family thing, but decided I didn't want to face that mess. DH woke me up at 8 to cook the turkey, which was silly because it was a small turkey and was done by 1030. I didn't get a picture it is all dismantled now.

HA HA HA, early turkey anyone?

We always have our TG food at dinner but I know lots of people do it at lunch.

Lol well, DH had to leave for work at three, so he wanted to be sure I had it done, no idea why he thought a 9 lb turkey would take seven hours.

My hubby would have ZERO clue as to how long a turkey took to cook. He can make a mean grilled cheese though! Blum 3

He claims he can cook well, but I don't know I have never seen it. It's not as if I am very good at cooking, so I am really not giving him any incentive to not cook.

LOL, you ladies are cracking me up. DH is partly SAHD so even though he isn't much of a cook he has learned to put together some meals and especially lately is the one that makes sure dinner is on the table. If it was up to me we would not having anything made at home too often. I'm totally worthless in the first tri between the exhaustion and the nausea. I get home from work and laze around until dinner is ready, eat dinner and then lay down to settle my food, ending up taking a nap while DH gives the boys a bath. Then he wakes me about 9 and I finish bedtime so he can go ahead and get in bed b/c he has to be up for his early morning shift at work. I'm lucky he is sympathetic to how I feel. Smile

We had our turkey dinner around 2 pm and I didn't get any pictures. It was sooo yum though and I can't wait for a turkey sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Hope everyone celebrating today had a Happy Thanksgiving. It was a nice lazy day here. My mom came over and we cooked our meal. DH fries the turkey so I don't have to worry about that part. Smile

DS1 had a little bug today though...he was wiped after lunch and felt a little warm to me although he always insists he's not sick when he is. Wink So he voluntarily laid down, a sign for sure, and then later got sick a couple of times. My awesome DH cleaned that up so I didn't have to. I really don't want to get sick with a stomach bug...ugh! But, he seems to be doing better tonght although I'm keeping a bucket close by but hoping it really was just short lived.

My DH is actually a pretty good cook! His mom was a caterer. Smile When we first got married he did use to cook some, as we were both working. Now, I do basically all the cooking except for an occasional meal. I'm home all the time, and he is out working - many weeks are 50-60 hours. It would make no sense for him to do the cooking now. My cooking has definitely improved as the years go by. I guess out of necessity. We don't have the money to eat out, and even many of the frozen meals (other than a pan a value lasagna) are pretty pricey!

Lynn, I'm sorry about the tummy bug... we had 3 weeks of kiddos with on and off stomach issues, and it happened to also be when my MS was the worst. My DH didn't clean up a single incident either... he was afraid he'd catch it, and then wouldn't be able to work, and we need him to work! UGH. I hope that's the end of it for you!!!

Wow! That would be a tough act to follow! My DH's mom is well known for constantly over cooking and burning food. It's great because it makes me look awesome. Blum 3 On the odd occasion that I do burn anything, he says "Ahhhhh, just like mamma used to make!". LMAO!

Thanks Laurie :). Sounds like your household had it way worse than mine though. It's always miserable when your kiddos get sick.
