Movement!!

Anyone else feeling movement or possible movement?

The last two days I've had "whoa maybe that was baby" moments but today I'm SURE! It's soooo exciting :woohoo:

Yay for feeling the baby move! I have been feeling it about a week or more now because i have all this free time and not much movement of my own.

Awesome!!

Nothing here... earliest I've ever felt it was 15 weeks, and that was with my second. I'm not expecting anything for at least another 2-3 weeks.

I lay in bed still at night hoping...but nothing yet! I can't remember when I felt it with DS either....

Patience: I felt my first at 16.5 weeks, 2nd just shy of 15 weeks.

I seriously didn't believe people when they said they felt baby this early but it was unmistakeable. Lots of movement vibes for you girls :vibes:

Yay!
Not yet. I thought maybe the other day, but haven't felt it since. If I get still for too long I go to sleep. I am hoping that soon I will!

I thought I felt something the other day, but nothing since. I felt my first at about 17 weeks, so I guess I'll just impatiently wait!

I think I felt some wiggles the other day at 14 weeks. But I was really paying attention and lying still looking for it. Nothing since, but I've been sick with gastro, so it's not like I could feel anything but my tornado stomach! With DD I felt her first for sure at 16 weeks.

I'm pretty sure I'm feeling baby moving. I noticed some flutters 3 or 4 times yesterday and I've noticed it this morning too. Like a tickle from inside. I don't remember noticing it with DD...the first thing I felt from her was knocking. 'tap tap tap'.

YAY! He/she is going to town right now...it almost makes me want to giggle. I just ate about 30 mins ago so perhaps baby is getting some? LOL.

My head is pounding and the kids are napping, so I am resting too. The baby sure is dancing right now!

Wow, our little one was going crazy today, and last night when DD fell asleep on me he/she was pushing/running into her knee. Sibling rivalry already. LOVE IT.

My DD used to cuddle up to me and put her head on my belly the last few weeks I was pregnant because I didn't hold her much otherwise and DS would go nuts and kick at her head! Little did I know I would still be having that issue a year and a half later!

So the other teacher at work that is preg has been feeling baby for a few days now. and she's only 3 days ahead of me. I so need to feel this baby because I am starting to worry. Maybe its just been so long I forget and am not noticing?

it totally can depend on baby's position too. And some people just generally can recognize it earlier, I think.

I am 16 weeks and I haven't felt baby yet, I don't think. With my first it wasn't until 21 weeks, with my other two, around 17-18 weeks.

Yeah I agree with Sandra on it's partially luck of the draw on where baby happens to be at. I definitely wouldn't stress it that you aren't feeling baby this early yet. I think those of us who have felt movement already are in the minority.

With DD it wasnt till 22 weeks but the placenta was in the front with her, now this one im on bedrest and the placenta is in the back, it made a huge difference. Maybe the placenta is taking the hits, o and also if hte baby is facing backwards you may not feel it.

You definitely should NOT be worried at this point. You are only 13 weeks!!!!

I felt DD at 18 weeks and this one at 14 weeks. 14 weeks is still VERY early from what I understand. Like the others said it's all just the luck of the draw...placenta placement AND baby position all make a difference. They are so small right now that it's no wonder you can't feel them. They are also growing at a phenomenal rate, so a week makes a difference of an inch or two in size sometimes...That goes a long way to feel them.

I know you're a worrier...but try no to. Honestly.

One more thing...the constant migraine pain you have, Patience, could also make it hard to feel baby...

I have felt a couple little taps when curled up on the couch! Just like with DD, same position and same timing. This time though, my placenta is anterior. I am hoping it moves up out of the way a bit as I get bigger so I can feel more Smile last time it was posterior and that was fun!
