    Default My Cloth Diaper Stash!!!

Yay!!! Nesting happened today! I got hubby to bring then change table up and then DD and my mom cleaned it for me. Hubby also went to the crawlspace and brought out the totes of cloth diapers. I sorted them on our bed and YUP, I have a problem. I love them though!!! I wouldn't have it any other way. Now that we've invested in these this baby will be almost free! (Ok, I might have already spent about $125 on diapers for newbie). Anyways....yay for nesting!

Here's everything including wet bag, extra inserts, cloth wipes and wool.

Here are my favorite one sized ones. They're pretty much all Tots Bots Easy Fits (my favorite) and Happy Heinys. I put them away for a few months as they will be huge on the newbie:

And here's the change table all set up in our room. I only kept the extra smalls and smalls out for now.

YAY for getting stuff done. Feeling better about things now.

Awesome!! I love it!! What did you buy for the new baby? Do you plan to cloth diaper right away? I want to because I think if DH gets too used to sposies in the beginning then he won't want to swith to cloth. Plus the little newborn dipes are so cute.

Oh, don't, for a second, think that the rest of my house is in ship shape. LOL. Much to the opposite! But the baby nesting stuff was really weighing heavy on my mind and I just felt like I needed to accomplish SOMETHING.

So far for new baby I bought 5 more Tots Bots Easy Fits (I got 4 of them used for $60 including shipping! Total score!). Then I got a Tots Bots Tini Fit to try. I also bought 3 small sized boy-ish diapers. 2 pockets and 1 AIO I think. Those 3 were used. Then I got a few used newborn fitteds too.

With DD we started cloth diapering when she was 10 days old. We weren't sure about the meconium on CD so to be safe we did sposies for a few days. I've since heard that meconium isn't a big deal...but I'll have to do more reading on that. Also, I had a c-section with DD and I wanted to see how I recovered from surgery before I took on anything extra (aka CD laundry). Anyways, we'll probably start earlier this time. We'll use sposies in the hospital probably because they are free. :P

My hubby never had a problem with CDs and actually was ooohing and ahhhhing over the pile this morning. Talking about which ones he liked better and remembering when DD wore 'this one' and 'that one'. It was cute.

That's a lot of cloth diapers! I tried a new brand and I have bought 10 new newborn diapers for this new baby and later on will buy a few more. I actually have a few girl color one size AIO's if anyone is interested. For those that CD, what brand of detergent do you use? I am wanting to change detergent this time around.

What new brand are you trying Leah?

I use Country Save laundry soap. It's quite popular around here:

    Love your stash!!

We cloth about 50% of the time (not at daycare or long trips) I have about 12 from DS and just bought 3 more yesterday on a zuliliy sale.

I love AIO's. I have mostly BumGenius, but just ordered some bumkins.

Hooray for nesting! I feel like getting stuff done around here but then feel slightly ridiculous because there are still 7 weeks left. Plus baby doesn't have their own room and I don't want to start setting up baby stuff in our master bedroom quite yet.

Lots of cute cloth! DH would never be on board with cloth, and I was never that curious to try. I know they say it's not that much extra laundry, but most days my DH doesn't even have clean socks and underwear, so I doubt I'd be able to keep up. LOL.

LOL, this is in our master bedroom as we don't have a bedroom for baby either. I know there's lots of time but I just couldn't stop thinking about all the thing I have to accomplish and sometimes it's easier just to get it done than stress over it.
