Ok, I have 11.5 weeks (but probably less) and I feel like I should have a lot more done by now. I'm almost in a panic! We are making the master closet into a nursery and it needs a lot of work. The walls need lots of putty and then paint. I need to order the crib and then we are building a seating area/daybed type thing as well.

I also want to actually finish the kids room from Christmas. The main part is done but I still need to build shelves and hang picture frames.

And then I feel like I should be doing some serious spring cleaning.

But... Nothing. And I'm almost to a panic over it!

The baby has a 'room'. Which consists if a bunch of baby stuff thrown into the spare room.

My nesting this weekend was planting flowers and mulching .
Oddly enough it made me feel good to see the courtyard cleaned up.

nice stash! I'm guilty of quite the stash, although I have a bunch I never use (just didn't like them) and really need to get rid of them. I started CD at about 2 months when baby fit the smallest setting of the one size pockets I have. This time... let's just say I started sewing newborn size pockets yesterday.
DH was never fond of cloth, but he has slowly come around.

I have some I don't really like either, but they're good for emergencies so I keep them around.

What do you use for the inside of your pockets? The micro-fleece I have isn't as porous as I want.

Do you make your own, too? I've always just bought them (I love Kawaiis and other cheap ones ) but newborn size are so darn expensive that I never bothered until it occurred to me to sew some.
I used some microfleece I had around. It was just a leftover scrap from something. I'm planning to head out to a fabric store I know has CD stuff and see if they have a lining fabric and what it's like. There are some online stores with a lot of CD specific fabrics, too.

Yes, I've sewn a few. I've ordered fabric from Wazoodle a couple times and I bought the Darling Diaper pattern. They have a FREE newborn sized pattern if you want to try it! Here's the free pattern:

I saw that one, but it actually seemed a bit big to me. I have a bunch of one size pockets, so I really need something small. I found another one I like, though.

The newborn one seems too big? Once you sew it it'll be smaller.

Imagine Newborn Bamboo All in One
This is the new brand I am trying. They are fairly economical and have pretty darn good reviews. I bought the newborn size (the first time I have bought newborns, they are too stinkin cute!), if I like them once baby comes, I will get some one size. I looked into sewing diapers, but it looked like in between materials and time involved, it wouldn't save me too much.
