Oh my goshhhh I don't know why it is so bad this time around. Anyone else? I never actually vomit but the sick feeling is terrible. I get about a ten minute widow of happiness after eating and then it is sick sick sick for hours until I get ravenous, and then I get a break that lets me eat. Small meals are impossible. Drinking is impossible (but I think it would make me feel better if I could manage).
I guess it is a good sign though, right? Do you think there's any truth to the thought that nausea means the bean is doing okay?
. Haven't been sick at all. Which worries me. I wasn't sick with the last baby and had a miscarriage. I mean I get a upset stomach sometimes that sicky feeling. But nothing bad.
yep - m/s is sucky! I had that same sick all day feeling but not throwing up for both previous pregnancies and I think it just started this morning - ugh!
Star - I have a friend who is half way through her 2nd pregnancy and hasn't had a day of m/s. So it's not necessary for healthy bean!

I only got sick twice with ds and didn't really have the nausea all the time thing either, just when I got extremely hungry. This time I've been having some nausea in the afternoon after I eat. I think maybe I'm drinking too much water with meals. Hopefully it doesn't get too much worse. I have the horrible exhaustion, so I don't want both.
I'm just starting to get spells of nausea here and there. Sorry you are already feeling so terrible. Obviously you know something is going on down there to make you so sick. M/S doesn't prevent anything from happening, but generally it's a good sign. Hang in there!!
I have been fortunate to not have m/s with my last 3 pregnancies. I hope that I didn't just jinx myself for this one. I felt incredibly sick last night after eating spaghetti. So, I'm gonna stay away from red sauce and hope that it was a one time thing.

I haven't been super sick yet but I have noticed that sometimes after a meal I get a bit of indigestion. This isn't totally unheard of for the 'normal' (non pg) me....so I'm not surprised. It just seems to be more frequent and I've taken TUMS a few times.
