I had ebony until august when she past away.

Rocco we rehomed at the end of July due to his overbidding with me and us not being able to give him what he needed.
He found his forever home on his birthday august 10th!
Miss them both like mad.

We have 2 tortoises still.
Goku and roshi.
We will hibernate them soon for winter.

That's roshi

No pets here. Love dogs but too much to take care of right now. DH is allergic to cats.

I am so sorry for those of you have lost pets in one way or another. We have two small dogs. Cash is 7 and Kali is 5. They are Cavalier King Spaniels and unfortunately, that breed does not have a very long life expectancy. I am dreading the day one of them gets sick - they were our first babies.

No pets right now.

We had a dachshund early this year, that I got off of craigslist. She looked so sickly in the photos they posted I wanted to just get her out of that environment and fatten her up, They said they found her in a ditch and thought that she had been out all winter, but who knows. So we kept her for a couple months, she gained quite a bit of weight, fed her high fat puppy food and eggs and deli meat. She was neurotic though and mostly stayed underneath the couch during the day but slept on my legs or by my head at night. We live in a apartment though and it isn't conducive to having dogs also I was working at the time, so we posted another ad on CL and gave her to a nice lady with four other Dachsies and an acre of land.

No real pets here. We have gold fish in an outdoor pond, but that's it. We're focusing on raising humans right now. Taking a break from pets.

One day when I was 19 I decided to get a kitten. There were no kittens in the local paper, so I got a puppy instead. (Totally a 19 year old's mentality, right?). My puppy, Bayleigh, was my sidekick for 14 years. She wasn't the friendliest with strangers, but I love her so much. When I was pregnant with DD she started having old age problems...bladder and bowels failing, etc. It became 'the time' and we put her down. It was sad, but it was the right time. It's actually 3 years ago this month. *sob* now I'm crying. DH is going to think I'm losing it. Blum 3

We both love dogs but we are going to wait until our kids are older to get another.

This was my grey old gal in 2007:

We have 2 cats, Shadow (the black cat in my pic) and Nahla, a black and white. Mocha our siamese(in the pic) passed away about a year and half ago. and we have a dog Rascal that is a boxer/lab/chesapeake mix... who lives next door at my dads house. (plus their dog Rusty a chocolate lab who goes back and forth between us with our dog)
and Raven, my classroom beta from last year who lives in our kitchen

lol Aquasaurs are something similar to the sea monkeys but bigger they grow up to about an inch. DS1 loves science and I am a sucker so now we have pets and science experiments growing in the house
