Both! I love my morning cup of coffee when I'm at work but don't make it for myself at home. I don't drink hot tea but we usually always have some sweet tea in the fridge at home. We get the decaf tea for that although I'm sure it has a trace of caffeine. I have been trying to cut back on coffee at work. I also usually can not stand the thought of drinking it in the first tri due to nausea but it hasn't been so bad this time so still lovin' my coffee but I'm trying to cut back and drink a smaller cup or skip a day here and there.
Coffee all the way! I have cut back to one cup in the morning and I don't drink pop so I think I'm alright on the caffeine. I do have an occasional cup of tea. I love Chai Tea too. Last pregnancy I became addicted to Red Raspberry Leaf tea. I'm already craving it this time. It makes a good night cap.

both! I love sweet tea (iced tea is my fav drink) and hot tea if im freezing or not feeling well. I have been having my cup of coffee (flavored only lots of cream lots of sugar) in the morning (but it lasts all day) My absolute FAVORITE right now is Dunkin Donuts pumpkin and I seriously think Ill cry when they no longer have it! I might go buy some just to make sure I hve it at home...its the only coffee really doing it for me right now! I dont cut out caffiene when Im preg because its a guarentee migraine trigger for me. I try to cut back but if I cut it completely Ill die ( its not a caffiene addiction... I dont generally have that much to begin with.... its just one of my many triggers (the lack of) )
