I can't even think of anything witty to say about how I don't like any form of exercise.......LOL.
After this baby I will have to try some new things. We have a YMCA pass but I haven't tried any of the classes yet.
DH got me running a bit before baby #3. He has done at least 15 half marathons, 1 full marathon, and countless 5-10 K's. In 2010 we did a 1/2 marathon together in Chicago - a ridiculous experience for me as I did it with pretty much no training LOL! But I was pretty proud and hope to do some more 1/2 marathons in the future.
Right now it's just walking. When I am not pregnant I love to run (though I haven't done it in a long while) and ride my bike.
Swimming - although I haven't done it in awhile. I think the last time was after baby #3. My kids are pretty much always with me, so I guess now my exercise is simply interacting with them all day, trips to the grocery store (does it qualify as a workout when you have 2 in the cart, and a couple hanging off the side?), and trips to the zoo.
My all time favorite is road biking, but I'll spin or run if I don't have time since the only downer to road biking is that it tends to be a few hour long event. DH has been going a lot lately (he does triathlons and is training for his second half ironman...crazy kid) and I'm super jealous! We have a pretty decent spinning bike in our basement gym though so I'm at least keeping my legs somewhat conditioned.
I hate all exercise pretty much. Running is like torture to me. I don't get any 'high' from any exercise. No thrill gene here.
In order to lose weight I prefer to limit my food intake but if I HAVE to exercise, I'd rather walk.
I don't really "enjoy" running either, but somehow I made it through and never killed anyone. LOL. You should have seen me after the 1/2 marathon. I could barely walk for a week afterwards. I'd love to do one again in a year or two (maybe the fun Disneyworld ones! Princess 1/2 marathon?) and actually TRAIN for it and see how well I can do. The furthest I had ever run before the 1/2 marathon was 10 km, and then I just jumped right in and did 21 km....LOL. Ridiculous.
