    Default round ligament pain

Is anyone getting it? I feel like its so painful on my right side that I will almost feel like a bruise the following day, I was laying on my left side last night and just the movement of turning on my right gave me this sharp charlie horse feeling kind of pain. The baby is on that same side so it makes me nervous

I had it really bad one evening, but after a night of sleep, thankfully it went away. I definitely would try not to let it worry you... it really is "normal" growing pains.

Sometimes I get them if I stand up too fast or roll over too fast. It generally goes away pretty quickly, but it is pretty sharp while it lasts.

I'm glad I don't get it at night. YUCKY for you ladies. If I stand up too fast I sometimes get pain...also, coughing sometimes hurts. I have to hold my hands on either side and apply pressure when I cough so it doesn't help.

I've been getting it occasionally too, especially after I run. But like PP, it goes away after a while. Not fun but we've got a lot of stretching to do

Cough, sneeze, roll over, check, check, check. Dd1 was laughing at me earlier for saying "owe" every time I sneezed.

Last night I rolled over and ended up gasping for air. DH was concerned but I waved him away. It can be a horrible pain or sometimes it's just moderate. Either way, it's not fun.
