Did you seeeeeee?
BBC News - Prince William and Kate expecting a baby
I figured that was coming soon!
I can't believe she's in hospital for m/s...wow.
Didn't know! Congrats to them. Poor Kate. The MS must be pretty severe to be in the hospital.
That is such fun news!
I feel for her if it's bad enough to be hospitalized, but she has gotten incredibly thin and I am wondering if the loss of weight on her is a major concern.
Did they say when the baby is due?
That article didn't have a due date...but it did say she was under 12 weeks. Maybe she should join our birth board! LOL!!!! (OMG, maybe she already has!)
Bah ha ha, she's here incognito.
Disguised as an American!!!!
I was hospitalized with my first. It's so awful, I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
NO.........it's ME!!!!! I'm the Duchess!!!!!!!
Ditto -- it really is tough! I was also hospitalized with my first -- sure hope they are giving her lots of Zofran!
So exciting! Poor girl!
Pretty cool! I've seen on every gossip magazine at the grocery store that she was expecting since they got married so I didn't believe it when I heard. Please let that baby get her gorgeous genes and not grandpa's

Oh, I so hear you...William was pretty dreamy back in the day...but Charles, not so much. I feel bad for William losing his hair though...that has to suck.
I have an attraction to bald men or the Sean connery style baldness
I'm excited for he Duchess too. But, being hospitalized for M/S has to be awful. Especially when you are in the spot light! And I totally agree, let's hope she gets Kate's genes or Diana's!!
Not me, I like the hair.
Yes, it must really suck for her. At least when she's in the hospital she doesn't have to put on happy face for the public...right.
Great for them! $5 bucks says they're due in June!!
My mom just filled me in - she's 12 weeks along!
She's your pregnancy buddy Laurie!
I have to wonder if what my mom heard is true though... I've heard from other sources that a dd has not been revealed, so it may just be hear say... or a leak that is actually true!
She's either having a girl or twins If m/s is that bad she had to be hospitalized!
I think the same thing...more m/s means girl. I know it's not proven but I've seen it happen a few times.
My mom friend who's pg has a son and is MUCH sicker this time. I'm sure it's a girl.
I'm less sick this time but I was never super sick...so I don't know. LOL. Could go either way I guess. My mom is thinking boy.
Awww, it'd be awesome to have each gender. My DH and DS are sure it's a girl.. lol I have a feeling it's a boy!
I think sometimes we purposely think it's one gender so we aren't disappointed. I thought DD was a boy, but in hindsight I think it was because I really wanted a girl and was worried I'd be disappointed. This time I don't care...so maybe that's why I don't have a guess?
Well, my m/s has not been at all an indicator of boy or girl!! My son was my second worst as far as M/S goes, and I had very little morning sickness with my first two - girls!!!
I definitely can't judge off sickness. I haven't had morning sickness with any of my pregnancies. I am betting girl this time because I have really bad acne. I don't remember it being that bad with my boys. You know they say the girls steal all your beauty.....
Hey Sandra, did you notice you had a shorter temper or were less patient when you were pregnant with boys vs. your daughter? I have a friend who says that she always knows when she's pregnant with a boy because of the added testosterone in her system, and it's not the same when she has girls. She has 8 kids (5 girls and 3 boys) so I do believe it's accurate for her and she knows what she's talking about. I didn't really notice a difference though... I'm less patient and more hormonal just because I'm pregnant!
