Super score!!!!

I'm so excited! It paid off, once again, to be a geek. I was perusing the used sites today as always and saw a listing for a free play structure. There was no photos, but the ad said to email for a photo...so I did. This is the photo I got:

WOAH! For FREE?!?!?!

So I replied and it was way out of town, but DH was heading that way today to take DSD back to her mom. They said they had a LOT of emails but it worked out and we got it! DH picked it up and it's outside in our truck. It looks like we'll need to wash it, but who cares! DD is going to love it! I looked it up online and it's $850 US new!!!! Woah!

I don't get why people don't sell stuff. I mean, I'm not complaining but WOW!

Little Tikes Playground & Outdoor Playset

We'll get a lot of years out of that between DD and new baby!

Awesome!! We bought one like that but much smaller second hand and even the little ones run like $90 new. Great find! K (and baby) will have so much fun with it...ours is the kid hot-spot when our friends come over.

I can't wait to set it up! It's almost like it's for me! LOL. I need to get DD off to daycare and then have my weekly work conference call, then we'll drag it into the back yard. We're running out of flat areas to put things like this though, we might need to construct an area in the high spot of our yard to put it. I hope it doesn't rain so we can drag it out and stay dry.

It's still not in the yard. I've posted on FB asking for help. Hubby had the idea of sliding it up the ladder to get it over the fence but he was alone and had no idea what he'd do with it when it got over...so he stopped and decided to wait for help.

Haha, oh no! What a precarious position!

Yeah, you don't want to be taking that thing apart any more than it is. Those things are a BEAR to put together again.

YAY! It's in the yard! Two friends came over and the three of them were able to lift it over the fence! SO awesome! Of course, now it needs to be pressure washed...but at least it's in the yard! This is a long weekend coming up so hopefully we can borrow a pressure washer and do it then.
