I plan on eating healthier and exercising at least 5 days a week!

Because we get the genetic testing we can find out to a 100% accuracy what the sex is at 13 weeks!!! That's what we did with DD...but I think I want the surprise this time!

Although I'm not going to take a picture every week, I realized today that I should at least take a before pic today!

I didn't find out with DS2...it was so fun, I highly recommend it if you are leaning toward that anyway. I was fairly convinced he was a girl but nope! I really enjoyed the anticipation right up to the end of the pregnancy and the added excitement during labor of how close we were getting to finding out.

Exercise and nutrition are going to be way better this time around. I am still two pounds over my pre-preg weight from my first LO and that is still somewhat overweight so I am not happy about it. My iron is quite low and I am sure all my other nutrients are because I am nursing and I am only 9.5 months PP. So, I am taking a prenatal, Floradix iron, liquid calcium-magnesium, and I am going to start adding a Vega supplement to my morning smoothie. I am going to be doing exercises to build up my stamina - last birth I pushed for four hours after 26 hours of labour and it almost killed me. I am also going to be doing lots to rehabilitate my pelvic floor which is still weak. I really have to commit myself, I want to make sure I can keep nursing and keep this new little LO healthy

I plan to buckle down and exercise. even if it is just walking. I have been really bad about it because I have exercise induced asthma (but not technically diagnosed with it yet) 15 mins on the tredmill and I cant breathe. it doesnt help when allergies are bad. like right now. I can't breathe at all.. no deep breathes. but we can't do anythign with that until we figure allergies out (2 weeks from now) and then if Im preg I dont know if I can even get tested.

I do plan on taking my weekly pictures I think I wnat to see the comparision for each child. BUT I may do it different.. pinterest had a ton of cute ideas. I also feel like child 2 would be upset when they are older if htere isnt a record like DS had. (I always felt like we weren't important enough bc mom had a full baby book for my older bro, but my twin and I have hardly anthing in ours. (of course DS's is almost empty and we only have one kid) I know now that mom was just busy with 3 toddlers but when I was younger i hated that we didnt have anything.

Just an idea on the pictures - take one every 4 weeks. Less commitment and you see more change anyway!

the one thing I'm hoping to do differently is not find out the gender. We did with DS and DD but I want this one to be different!
