So I went to the chiropractor today and he did an adjustment and I felt TONS better.
Then tonight I totally tripped in our guest (disaster) room. I did not even come close to hitting my belly. however, I landed hard with my throat on my crate for work (it has a handle that is hard) and hurt my shoulder/upper arm (in an attempt to not land on my stomach) now I hurt like heck and have a headache. So much for my relaxing day off and chiro appt!
I think so. It hurts to swallow and my voice is iffy....and my left arm/left side of my back are throbbing. My shin is missing a layer of skin... and I will probably (but hopefully not) have a bruise in the morning (which will be fun with 6 yr olds!) but baby stayed safe off hte ground. I am hoping I am not in too much pain in the morning. 1.5 days of kids before break and I know they are going to be WILD
no luck. I feel like I Was hit by a train. my throat still really hurts and if I tilt my head back (like when I went to rinse my hair out in the shower) it almost feeels like there's something in my throat....but I can eat, breathe and swallow. so it can't be that bad right? I will go chat with the nurse practitioner at school today...if I dont have to come home early for DS being sick. (DH is off with him this morning)
Oh no, that sounds like a terrible fall. Glad the baby was protected but sorry it was sooo rough on you. I hope you feel better soon. Update us when you can on if you were able to talk to the nurse today.
I talked to the nurse at school today she said if I get vision problems lightheaded when I turn my head certain ways etc that I need to be concerned. I noticed this morning it feels like there's something in my throat if I tilt my head back and still hurts to swallow. I woke up this morning feeling as if I was hit by a train.. and have bruises I am not sure where they came from. My left arm hurt so bad this morning because it took the brunt of my fall that I couldnt even hold a coffee in it. My right arm is very sore so I guess it took more than I thought. I hope that today is the worst and its not worse tomorrow morning which would be the "day afteR" which is when some thigns are worse.
