ugh. please don't let me be sick!

I have a REALLY REALLY bad sore throat. Seriously sore.. like I took a sip of blueberry juice and it made my throat burn.... My allergies are up because we went to the pumpkin patch/apple orchard on Saturday with DS, then Monday I went back and spent ALL DAY there with my class.....corn maze included. add to that the heat being turned on at work.. and I am HOPING it is just allergies and not that one of my little ones gave me something! UGH. too much to get done and I can't be sick! Hot tea with honey and hoping its enough that I can sleep........

I saw on your FB that you weren't well. Boooo! I hope you can sleep it off!

Make sure your honey is pasteurized. I forgot about that whole pregnancy and honey thing until I was at the midwife last week and they reminded me.

Pregnancy and honey thing??? HOw have I been pregnant 7 times and never heard about this? I know babies (under a year) are not suppose to have it, but I didn't realize pregnant women were not suppose to...

Sorry about the sickness. I had a horrible cold starting right around when I got my BFP. It lasted a good 2 weeks to. FOr some reason I almost always get a bad cold right around my BFP. It really must have to do with a sudden lowering of my immune system. I hope you can get some good sleep for a few days and maybe that will be enough to get rid of it!

Me too! This is the first pregnancy I haven't been hacking up a lung by this point, but there's still time Wink

Patience: hope you get feeling better Sad

LOL, perhaps it's not a 'thing' where you live. It's the same story for the soft cheeses like Feta. You can have pasturized feta but not non-pasturized apparently.
