My OB prescribed me OB Complete One. THis time they dont make my stomach upset and I don't feel any nausea from them either. my last pregnancy i took the prenatal and it came with a fish oil soft get so 2 pill combo. this one has it all in one, easier to remember to take lol

I am taking one that I get free from the pharmacy. For the Canadians on here, Sobeys has a "Baby Be Healthy" program where you get a bunch of freebees, prenatals (while TTC, pregnant and nursing) and monthly newsletters - all FREE! I like free

I am taking the CVS brand gummy prenatal. They were buy one get one free. I had a really hard time taking them when I was pregnant with DS, make me gag the giant horse pills that they were, so I didn't take them often, maybe once a week (terrible I know). But I have been managing to remember these. I need to get a calcium supplement at some point though.

Hubby bought me a pack of elevit but they are crazy exoensive so i haven't started taking them yet and won't until I get a bfp. Prenatals cists around $20 plus for anywhere between a month and two months supply here. Some brands run much higher as well so I am still trying to find a more wallet friendly brand. I lucked out last time, a chemist was getting rid of a brand so I picked a 300 pack up for $10

I usually change it up every time I have to rebuy a jar. I just make sure there's the required folic acid

I'm only on 5mg of folic acid.
Was told that's all I need at the moment and they may prescribe b12 when I get pregnant but would probably just recommend multi vitamins if I need them.
I am lucky as all my orescriptions are free due to an j der active thyroid so it's saved me loads on things for my up and coming pregnancy!!
