It's in a big roasting pan!!
It's suspended above the pan on a rack.
Think we may put another pan in and out the potatoes in that....

LOL, that sounds like a good plan. Or wrap them in foil wrap and slide them in where you can find room.
Today is Thanksgiving in Canada so tonight is a big turkey dinner with my mom and tomorrow we are going to MIL's house for more turkey! YUM!Heather, 37
