Where are they sleeping?

I was trying to keep him in the pack and play swaddled, but he keep burping/urping Smile and gets unhappy. Yesterday he slept in his bouncy seat for like 2 hours...it was pretty heavenly. Wink

He spent his first 2 weeks sleeping in bed with me holding him - it was the only way he'd settle and if I laid him down flat, he seemed to have some reflux issues and would gag and cough. So I propped him up on my arm so he was slightly inclined. That problem seemed to clear up mostly so I moved him to his crib in his own room and as long as I keep it very warm in there and swaddle him tightly, he sleeps about 4 hours or so before waking up to eat, then usually another 3 or so.

For most naps, he sleeps in his bouncy chair.

Lucas has slept in his crib since he was born pretty much, other than when he would wake up for the second time at night I would let him sleep in my arms for the same reason as Ashley. Now he only wakes up once and sleeps in his crib all night!

During the day she sleeps in her swing... or her carseat, or ergo carrier... or in whoever's arms are currently dragging her around the house. At night she sleeps in my bed tucked right in next to me.

He is sleeping in the cradle in our room at night. One night he slept in his crib and did really good. During the day he sleeps in the pack and play or his crib, just depending on what we are doing or where we are in the house. I love to hold him while he sleeps, but I try not to very often.

When we're downstairs on the main level, M normally sleeps in the Travel Lite Crib (small Pack n' Play) in the living room. Sometimes he's in the Mamaroo but I much prefer him lying flat.

At night he sleeps in the bassinet beside my bed. We don't have a room or crib set up yet.

We also don't have a crib set up for her. Soon I'll transition the boys in together and she'll go into the nursery. Right now she sleeps mostly in the cosleeper next to my bed. I do sometimes keep her in bed with me like if I fall asleep nursing her side lying or am too tired to reswaddle her and put her back in the cosleeper. Those are usually early in the morning though.

During the day she sleeps in the rock-n-play when I put her down to sleep. Sometimes I just hold her like right now we are sitting in the garage watching her brother play in the driveway. She's snoozing. Smile

He will not sleep laying down. So he either sleeps in the swing or bouncy seat. And sometimes neither of those will do and I have to hold him.

At night we cosleep. He sometimes starts the night out in his bassinet/playpen, but after the first feeding I just keep him in bed with me.

During the day, it's in my arms, in a carrier/wrap, in the swing, or in his bassinet. Depending on what I need to get done!

her favorite spot to sleep is on me. Wink

makes me nervous at night though. During the day she will sleep just about anywhere, pack n' play, car seat, swing

My first was like that. She would occasionally take short snoozes in her bouncy seat but for the most part I had to hold her or she'd scream bloody murder. I caught up on like 7 seasons of CSI since I was stuck holding her all the time. LOL Hope he learns to sleep laying down soon! My DD ended up having a milk sensitivity (that she's grown out of) and we *think* it gave her reflux, but didn't figure that out until later when I weaned and put her on formula

We are too...never worked with my first 2 but she sleeps great! Smile

My DS1 also wouldn't let me lay him down. I didn't like putting him in the swing overnight so he slept on me. Wouldn't sleep next to me, I had to be holding him. But he would nap in the swing during the day...sometimes. I also got a lot of tv watching done with him. Smile

My oldest needed all sorts of crazy things done in the evening to calm her down. One thing that worked really well was to sit on an exercise ball and bounce her. I remember it was the first season of the biggest loser... I would watch while I bounced!! Smile

Noah sleeps either in his bouncy seat during the day or in his swing at night. since we came home from the hospital he refuses to sleep on his back (unless he's being held) Hoping to transition to the basinett or the crib soon.
