Thread: Birthday Plans?

We are doing a party at chuck E cheese's. Since there are older kids coming everyone can enjoy it.

We are just having a backyard party the Saturday after her bday. I have a bouncy house, pool and sprinkler for the kids to play. We only invited family & close friends but family alone adds up to about 20 people. Her theme is bugs...lol It has lady bugs, grasshoppers, ants, etc. My older daughter also wants to get her a piñata so we'll see about that one. On her actual bday we're just gonna do Friendlys/cake with family that live close by.

I think we are just doing a small party with family and a few friends at my parents house. BBQ style. I'm doing a Mickey Theme. Thats as far as I've gotten. I feel so bad, last year I was ready weeks in advance. This year I've done nothing.

For those of you doing backyard-type parties, my MIL got a slip'n'slide for Sean's party last year (mainly to entertain the older kids b/c Sean was still too small last year), and it was a big hit!! Just a suggestion if you're looking for entertainment ideas!
