For the past month or so Miles has had some really hard poops, and some regular ones. For the hard ones he is literally in tears screaming "pooooppp". Poor kid, I try to lay him down or rub his belly or just try to help him as much as I can, but sometimes these things are massive and I can't do anything for him. He's very well hydrated (drinks like a fish!) and he eats his fruits and veggies. It's not every time he goes, but its at least 2-3times a week. Do you ladies have any advice?
Maria is very constipated from the iron supplements she's taking. Every other day she has the hardest poops ever, she starts pooping and stops because it hurts so much.
What I found really helps is that if she has prunes (baby food) everyday. It makes her poops much softer and easier to pass. She has about a half a jar and is good to go!
Hope you can find something that works!

Did you see the post Lisa (Claire'sMommy) posted? I also know Ingrid (Thyninne) posted something awhile ago as well!

Our doctor suggested MiraLax when Zoey was having a hard time transitioning to milk at 12 months. I never used it because I found a jar of prunes or pears each day helped her to go. But Lisa did just post that Claire is having success with MiraLax so I would definitely give it a try. Poor guy.

Yep, we had that issue with Victoria awhile back. We ended up using Lactulose, and it worked. And now Lisa has a good suggestion on her thread. Hope you find something that works! I understand how hard it is to feel so helpless when they are suffering so much.
