Sorry to bug everyone with medical questions these days. But I just want to feel better, and so I wind up chasing tons of rabbit trails. I'd rather chase them at home than run to the doctor with every question I have though, ykwim? Hopefully it's not too annoying.
I've noticed that when I'm doing even minor chores like folding laundry or putting away dishes and I pause to nurse A or check my email, within 5 or 10 minutes I'm just exhausted and will feel the need to rest for a while - depending on the amount of exertion, maybe even the rest of the day. Basically, anytime I take a break it's not a break - I'm done for a while because I'm too tired to get back up, lol.
My sister says this is normal fatigue, that she's always been like this even though it's been worse after kids. I agree with her there - I remember feeling this way at age 9, though not as severely as I do now. But my mom says she never felt this way until after she got really sick in her early 30's and was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
So I wondered what other women besides those I'm directly related to thought. Is this normal for you, too?
Thanks for your input.
