    Default Potty Training

    Hi Ladies,

I can't believe it but Joey is starting to show signs of wanting to potty train. He tells us when he is wet and he loves sitting on his potty but hasn't gone at all. With him being a 1st child and a boy I never expected to potty train this early. But I'm also not going to let the opportunity slip by. What methods did people use and where did u get your info? Any books or websites u recommend? My goal this weekend is to read up on potty training formulate my plan so that next week we can start with it.

Any tips or tricks.. Anything to avoid?

I think this is one of the first things that I feel totally overwhelmed and out of my element. I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm not sure I really want to do it but I know it needs to be done...

I used the 3-day potty method with my oldest and loved it! I am not one to drag out potty training and love the quick method in doing it. Here is a link to the ebook I got http://www.3daypottytraining.com/.

Good luck! My boys were both over 3 by the time they trained, so I really don't feel like an expert. One book I did like was "The No-Cry Potty Training Solution" by Elizabeth Pantley.
