I'm taking a chance and posting this here because last time there was a small bit of success with Maria's sleep, I posted it and she went back to her terrible sleeping! But here goes....
About a week ago, I started telling Maria that once we go upstairs and it's dark, there is no "Mama" (nursing). I told her she can have water if she wakes up, but "Mama" would be sleeping.
She went 3 nights in a row of sleeping 5 hours in a row!! I thought this was heavenly!!
But then the past 2 nights, she has SLEPT from 10:30 p.m. - 7 a.m.!!!!!! Then nursed (it was light out so it's fair.. haha) and fell back to sleep until 9:30 a.m.!! She did wake up at about 3 a.m. each night but had water, rolled around a bit but went back to sleep by herself!
I am still quite tired because I keep waking up, wondering when she's going to wake up!
So just had to tell you about it!![]()

Yeppers! Last night she woke up very briefly at 1 a.m. and then 4 a.m. but both times just settled back to sleep herself!
I also now sleep on my side, not facing her and that seems to help with the "Mama" factor!
