I'm in!

Hello! I am Lori and I have 2 kids, Adelaide and Simon who are 3.5 and 1.5. I had a surprise pregnancy that quickly ended in a very sad m/c back in august. We decided to go back to our original plan of waiting/hoping for an October/November baby and so this was our month to try at it! I cannot express how THRILLED I am that we got this month! EEEEEEEK!

EDD: November 1st!

A bit about me: I'm a huge gamer, I worked as a writer for 3 years after college then went on hiatus to stay home with my kids. I have since taken up photography and have my own business that's starting to take off. I love to read books and play instruments and spend time outdoors. This is me and my family!

Best of luck to all of you girls in the running for this cycle!!! I can't wait to get to know you all better.

I am Tiffany, 32. I am from N. California. I have been married for 11 years to my DH Rafael (35) and we have an 11 year old DS Gabrael and a 6 year old DD Marina. We were pretty content with our 2 kids when last year DH asked me if we wanted one more. He had been thinking of it for a long time. I wasn't sure. I've had a rough 5 years (lost my brother and my mom a year after that and other family members) and another baby just wasn't on my mind. Through my tribulations I have become a much stronger person (after hitting major roadblocks of grief) and another baby sounded amazing! My mom always told me I'd have 3 kids. Looks like she is going to be right! I hope Smile

It took us 5 cycles to get the HPT. With my 2 children it was always the first month. At first I was starting to lose hope as I've had issues the last few years. Sometimes having AF and then months going by without one. But that was also attributed to my weight, I lost alot after the losses of my family. So AF stopped. That or the OB thought I could have been premenopausal. But i am glad to say that I am here :):wootjump:

I'm in dental, been an assistant( RDAEF2) for 14 years. I picked up running shortly after my mom's death and find it such a stress reliever and I guess a form of meditation if that makes sense? My husband fixes up cars and we have a show car we show. Other than working full time, we are very, very involved in our children's school and activities. We love camping and Disneyland and going to the ocean. I guess that's me in a nutshell!
Our Family

We renewed our vows on our 10th wedding anniversary. Sorry about this picture, photobucket keeps putting it on here sideways even though I had it vertical.

Hey! My name is Pam. I'm very happy to be here but didn't think it would be this soon. I'm 38 yrs old and my boyfriend (well, common-law hubby) is 40. He was married for 13 years and has a 6 yr old daughter. We met in 2010 and 9 months ago we bought a house together. I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life and have finally found the one!

As some of you may already know, my Dad passed away suddenly on February 4, 2012. I can't believe it's been a month already. During the worst time of my life, my DH and I shared some very intimate moments which resulted in a pregnancy. We were not planning this pregnancy. It was our first time trying. I feel bad saying that because I know how many women struggle to conceive, but this baby is just simply meant to be. I pray that my Dad watches over this baby as well as the other 2 that are coming soon (my sister-in-law & sister are both expecting). Our family is devastated about the loss of our Dad but these babies are keeping us going, especially my Mom.

I look forward to this journey and sharing it with all of you.

About Me
I'm a SAHM, future homeschooling mom, and a complete nerd. My favorite subject in college was Organic Chemistry, and I do logic, math, and word puzzles for fun. I also like to knit, sew, crochet, cook, and garden. So I'm a mix of geek and domestic.

DH and I have been married for 5 years (almost 6 by the time this baby is born). We met at church at college. He was studying Physics, I was studying Polymers. My avatar is a picture of him. Isn't he handsome? :love1:

We have an almost-three-year-old daughter (Pearl) who is sweet (but very high-strung) and obviously about as cute as they come, Wink and an almost-five-year-old Poodle-Bichon dog who is really, really cuddly and yippy.

Expecting number 4!

I'm Beth, married for 7 1/2 years and mommy to 3 wonderful kids. My older two are 18 months apart, and my younger two will be 19 months apart! We originally planned to wait for my youngest to be a little older before adding a 4th child, but watching the friendship that my older two have, made us to go ahead and start sooner. I'm so excited that I'll have two "sets" so close together. We always wanted our kids to be close in age, so we are very excited! I know it will be a lot of work, but it will all be worth it! I'm hoping for a girl this time to even things up, although a boy would be more practical. Smile

Angela's Space

Hi, I'm Angela (27.) I'm from Central California. I've been married to my DH Michael (30) who works in solar for 6 years. We've been close friends since high school (meeting in 2000 through a friend) we started dating early 2006 and got married in Sept! Together we have a DS Logan (5) and we are expecting #2 finally after 21 cycles! A little about me. I enjoy many hobbies like running, knitting, sewing, crafts of all kinds, and WoW. I'm going to school to be an Elementary school teacher, I plan to attend Fresno State starting Spring 2013 to finish my Bachelors. I also hope to start substitute teaching in elementary grades this fall! (I take my CBEST in a just a few short weeks!) My brother was kill in Iraq in 2006 by friendly fire/homicide, 2 months before my wedding. I miss him everyday. In 2010 we decided to start TTC for #2 and I was diagnosed with PCOS and started fertility treatments. After 20 cycles (6 with clomid) we finally switched to a fertility specialist (in Dec 2011) and tried clomid + ovidrel in March, we got our BFP on the first go and here we are! I've had an extremely rough 6 years but feel so blessed with my family.

Alright so.

My name is Ren?e, and I am 26 years old. I took a while to decide what I Wanted to be when I grew up, and graduated last June from a Law Clerk Program, and am a Legal Assistant. I am working in corporate/Commercial Law right now, but only because my previous boss (in Family Law) I was scared was going to lose her license to practice.

I have no children, this will be my first. I have had a couple miscarriages before, possibly because of my hypothyroidism. I guess that is the main reason I am terrified right now, even though my thyroid seems to be in a better place. I had my blood work last week, so if my thyroid meds need to be adjusted they will call me ASAP so we can get that done.

My boyfriend is Al, and he's a mechanic of some sort. (details...lol) We met where I was working through college as a waitress. He was my "Crushtomer" -- I thought he was SO handsome... but never got the nerve to talk to him. After I quit my job and moved to a different city to finish school he messaged me on Facebook, and shortly after I moved home (the lawyer I Was working for was even sketchier then the previously mentioned one-- this one actually stole $300,000.00 of money from clients and went to France!)
We fell in love! Rocky Road to get to where we are, but life is great!

He has a 6 year old daughter (she will be 7 November 5th) and she's a sweetie- she irritates me sometimes, as she is a child who isn't mine (then again, I'm sure even my own will get the best of me sometimes haha), but for the most part she's my little best friend, lol.

All I've ever wanted was a baby, I have some crazy maternal instincts in me, and I've always seen myself as a mom.

I had NO idea I Was pregnant - I thought missing my period had something to do with quitting smoking because, quite honestly that messes with your system a lot. After 3 days of crying and just being up and down, I took a test. I ovulated March 1st and my test was positive on March 25th. My LMP was Feb 14th, hence bringing me up to 7 weeks pregnant. (Which I really don't get....but ok!)

Symptoms so far: Irritability, mood swings, and crying alot. Breats are a bit tender, not much, and those bumps seem to be starting on my nipples. Light cramping, period like.
