I thought I'd never reach 1000 so I know what you mean!!

My son asks me for a smoothie everday!
At least it's easy - I usually put a banana, frozen strawberries, oj, and maybe some yogurt in it. He loves them!!! Of course I have to top it with a little whip cream too.

booo....i can't do bananas or yogurt. It's hard to find smoothie recipes without bananas!

i just felt like i haven't been getting enough fruit.

so i went and bought all different kinds of frozen fruit and it will be my new thing lol

Sometimes they are better without bananas. Just throw any kind of fruit together.

I try & eat at least a banana everyday. I wonder if I could be getting too much potassium? Nah, not from one nana...right?!
