Um, did you take a test just to be sure?

Not yet, but my supply seems to be back to normal today. I'll go to dollar tree and buy some tests to have on hand just to make sure every so often, in case I don't get AF for a while.

That is great that your supply is back to normal. I wish I had a better supply to work with. It is getting better though.

Well it is back down again, but this time I can almost guarantee that it is stress related. I posted about it on the 7500 thread

Jessica, I hope you can get your supply back up! What a stressful situation for you!
I have a question for you pro pumpers. I've noticed that sometimes when I open the bags of stored BM that I have, that it has a bit of a freezer smell to it, if you KWIM. Our refrigerator doesn't have a smell nor does our freezer and I keep them both very clean. I have baking soda in each. I put three bags of BM in a Ziploc for storage so that they are double bagged. Is there something else I can do to make sure the BM doesn't taste bad to DD? She takes it fine, but I'm worried that the longer the EMB is stored, the worse it will get.

I know I've heard a lot of you talk about oatmeal or Honey Nut Cheerios to increase supply, and I do think it's helped me recently. Just as a PSA--they now make Chocolate Cheerios. And yes, they are delicious. I will be eating them everyday now, and telling myself it's to help my supply!

I was also wondering if Honey Nut Bunches of Oats works the same.

I think there is hope for the shield weaning. She has latched on for maybe two sucks a couple of times now so maybe just maybe she will decide to do it without the shield someday....... sigh.

Huge hugs Julia, I hope things keep moving in a shield-weaning direction for you!

I took a test, thankfully not pregnant. I could also tell by the test sample that I'm a bit dehydrated so that may have been the problem. Been working on it since then, had about 60 ounces of water and tea.

I am sure she will if you keep working on it.

How is your supply now? Is it better with the extra water?
