So, both are completely safe oils...Jojoba doesn't taste all that great, but completely safe..I use it on my lips a lot as well, it is also the least reactive of all homeo oils. I use Heather Lorraine 100% expeller pressed. It is also less greasy than all other oils and absorbs into the skin well.
the calendula baby oil is mostly sweet almond oil, mia hasn't had any reaction to it and has sensitive skin.
Ditto the olive oil.. Just wondering if its clearing up now though? Aybra drools a lot but hers ends up in her neck (as well as her spit up and whatnot) I have to clean her neck multiple times per day and apply Nystatin powder or she gets kind of yeast and really really stinky
We use virgin coconut oil - I use it to cook with and on my hair and skin, it's more moisturizing than many oils and cheap and easily obtained. We use it on her cradle csp, too. Chapped cheeks are fairly standard at this age
I've actually been using Boudreaux's Baby Kisses - it says that it soothes and helps heal dry, chapped lips and cheeks. Works great for us!
