Here is an idea - I go to the gym and I had an apptn with a trainer last week and this is what he suggested to me to lose weight. Do intervals.
What I have been doing is walking on the treadmill at 4.0 (speed) and 4.0 (incline) for 2 minutes, then I run at (5.0 speed) for 1-1.5 min and then walk again and I do this on and off for 10-20 min.
I went to the gym Tuesday & Wednesday of this week and I was going to go today at lunch time but I have a meeting tonight for work and I don't want to get all hot and then come back to work (usually I don't care but tonight I figured I should look some what presentable).
