My name is Nathalie, I'm happily married to my wonderful husband Randy and we have two beautiful, amazing sons. Matthieu was born on October 28th, 2007 and Daniel was born on June 23rd, 2009. We struggled with infertility for 6 1/2 yrs before being blessed with our precious Matty, but we were very happy and surprised to get pg with Daniel on our second cycle of TTC. This new pregnancy came as a BIG surprise as we were not TTC and with our history, we never thought that we would end up with a surprise pregnancy. We are very thrilled and very excited to be experiencing all of this again for the third time. God has richly blessed us.

Hey, everyone - I'm Erin, I'm 26 and I'm a SAHM from Cincinnati. DH is always referred to as Mr. Berry online, who's 29 and works as a special education teacher (this is why I don't use his name if I can help it). We have two daughters: Katrina (10/27/03), who is usually referred to as Thing 1; and Alexandra (7/7/05), who's referred to as Thing 2.
Follow my blog! Much more detail, pics, and fun than what's posted in my space! Language used would give this blog at least a PG-13, sometimes an R rating. You have been prepared.
THE PEE STICK
Cycle day 24 of 25, one day before Shark Week
THE BELLY SHOT
Week 5 belly shot - I'm a chunker, so it's going to take a LONG time for this baby to show up.
5/19/11 - First appointment today, 6w6d - very boring and routine, she did an STD scan (state mandated) and felt my uterus, told me to keep up on prenatals and fish oil, reminded me to eat right and try to start exercising again, and we discussed future ultrasounds (not until 20 weeks unless medically warranted before that point) and testing (we don't want any), along with my very sketchy birth plan (natural with a water birth hopefully! *crosses fingers*). Overall, very low key and uneventful, which is awesome!

Hello ladies!! My name is Jessica and my DH is Josh. We have one DD named Tanner. I am so excited (and surprised) to be joining the January 2012 board. My DD was born in July of 2007, so having a winter baby will be quite a change for me. I can't wait to get to know everyone! HH9M to everyone!!!

Hi everyone!! I was a January 2010 mommy and I am really loving that I get to be a January 2012 mommy, too! I LOVE winter babies!
My name is Christina and DH is Jason. We have 4 sons: Kai 19, Cullan 17, Peyton 17, and Rourke 16 months. I am a SAHM mommy but I also have a cake decorating business.
Though this is baby #5 I am so very excited to do it again. And I am even more excited to make Rourke a big brother.
1st test taken 4/29/2011 (11dpo)
2nd test taken 5/2/2011 (14dpo)
2 dpo: BAD dizzy spell, so bad I couldn't walk straight. Luckily it was gone by morning.
4 dpo: Very cold!
10 dpo: Dizzy spell that lasted all day, coupled with low blood sugar felling but no desire to eat as nothing sounded good or tasted good. (This is when I *knew*).
11 dpo: My BFP! Nausea, dizzy spells and low blood sugar feeling.
12 dpo: Same as above but some light cramps. I was in the garden all day!
14 dpo: No appetite and the thought of food makes me queasy, gas, nausea, headache
(5/28 ) Baking Soda test: GIRL
(6/16) Placenta Placement test: Left GIRL
Chinese Gender Predictor: GIRL
(7/6) Cabbage Test: Purple= GIRL
7/23 Proof that all the gender predictors were WRONG! Baby is all BOY!!!!
Belly Pics6/3: Nurse Consult and Bloodwork
6/16: OB visit and U/S!!: Woot! Everything is perfect!!! 10w3d but baby measured 11w3d!! HB was 162 and baby is high up in the uterus. Because the baby was so high, we didn't get a great picture, kind of fuzzy but can clearly see head and body and even little limbs! The doctor let us watch the baby move around for quite a while. It was wonderful watching little arms and legs swooping around. Sugars and all blood tests came back perfect. Lost 2 pounds and BP was 130/76 and while elevated for me doc said we'll just keep an eye but it's nothing worrying.
6/29: NT Scan. It went perfect!! The baby was so adorable but did not want to cooperate with the tech. I was rolling over, she was shaking my belly! All in the name of measurements! Anyway, the baby looked great. Nuchal was 1.6 which doc said was normal. My Downs risk is 1:5400 (better than a teenager) and Trisomy 18 1:58000 (better than a teenager)! So all in all very happy. Heartrate was 158 bpm and baby wasn't too active but did flip a few times. Oh, and I think we may have a thumbsucker!!! Yay! I love seeing babies suck their thumbs (I was a thumbsucker as was my brother).
7/14: Appt was great! Weight and BP all looked good and doctor was happy with my number. Per their scale I gained 1.5 lbs (so now -5 lbs from beginning weight). Doctor measured my fundal height and said it was right on and felt for baby. Still high and to the left. Doppler found baby after some patience and HB was nice and strong in the 150's. Got paperwork ti do the integrated blood draw and to set up Level II u/s.
Early Gender Scan! 7/23: It's a BOY!!! US was long and involved because baby did not want to cooperate and show anything. Baby is still measuring days ahead of schedule and HB was in the 150's and sounded like a galloping horse!
12w2d (measured 13w1d) NT Scan
16w Early Gender Scan

I'm Jenn - Dh is Jus - DS is Deacon. I got pg with Deacon after IVF and 2 FETs in 2008. I was told I would never be able to get pregnant on my own - literally I was just told that in March. I have been TTC on my own for 10-11 years and have never gotten pg without ART. But God had bigger plans for us - I got my BFP on Good Friday, April 22 at 12dpo. I wasn't expecting to test that day, I hadn't even considered the possibility of being pregnant. We are shocked and elated!
My first appt is May 20th for an ultrasound to date the pregnancy.
First OB appt on 5/13 with u/s. Saw the baby and heard the heartbeat! EDD is Jan 1. HB 122
Second OB appt on 5/27 with u/s. Saw the baby, heard the heartbeat, everything is measuring right on track. Had lost 2 lbs since first appt. HB 183
Third OB appt on 6/20 - HB was 153 on the doppler and 164 with the u/s. Everything looked great and the baby measured perfectly. I measured 3 days ahead.
~*~*~Snuck in a sneak peek to find out the gender on July 16th - It's a girl!~*~*~
Forth OB appt - July 18, 8:30 am HB was 144-ish, weight is up about 7-8 lbs. Talked about scheduling my repeat csection on 12/28.
Fifth OB appt and big ultrasound - 8/15, 3:45 pm
It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl!

Hello, my name is Erin and this is my first pregnancy! I couldn't be happier!! DH and I have been married for 5 wonderful years and the time has come to expand our little family. We decided to start "trying" in April. We wanted to have fun with it and not stress about it, if we could help it. If it happened, AWESOME, if not, we will give it some time and hopefully everything works out when it's supposed to. Well, well, well... we were extremely surprised to find out I was pregnant at the end of April, our first month of "just having fun!" I feel incredibly lucky and thankful for this precious little nugget. It's funny how the bond develops so fast. I'm so excited to be on this new journey!
First u/s at 8 weeks 3 days...
