Good job with the food shopping, Diedre. I need to get better with that. We tend to buy more frozen and canned stuff because if we buy fresh it goes bad before it's used. We need to get better at buying less but going more often.

Hey Ladies! How is everyone's holiday? Mine is good, I turned 23 today! WOOT! Things have been hectic this week, dh's birthday was on the 4th, lots of running around to do in town, internet has been down!! I'm saving this paticular board in my favorites so I can get to it easily! I'm down 3lbs from the beginning of the week! YAY!! I feel like I need a swift kick in the pants though! I could totally be doing better!!
Does anyone else have Fit TV? I was browsing last night and came across a good stretching routine. It was called Stretch Max. It's 30 minutes long. I did it after a 30 minute Pilates DVD. I plan to record it from now on and keep up with it.
I had a good day yesterday. DH made homemade philly cheese steaks with lowfat cheese and wheat hoagie bread. I puffy heart them so much that I am eating it again for lunch! I am already on my third bottle of water, so I hope to have 80ozs today!
