Pregnant Gals: Halloween Candies Poll!***save me!!***

We all know that pregnancy can bring out those "special NEEDS" (i.e. cravings!!) on a good day. With all the Halloween treats that have been bombarding you in the store for months and now simply E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E... which candied treats have you found to be calling your name the loudest?

We're putting together a "just for fun" article on this topic. Please contribute your comments on how you caved to those "must have now" candy cravings. We'll be choosing some of our favorites to use as quotes in the article!

*Bonus question* If you bought your stash when it went on sale (fully intending perhaps to save it for the trick-or-treaters), how much of it is left now?

I really wanted to choose candy corn, chocolate bars and the nerds/smarties answer, but, since I could only choose one, I chose candy corn, because it is seasonal. Love the stuff. Sadly, some things are not exported to other parts of the world, so my baby bump will stay safe from these excess calories!

Um...all of it! I have really been craving candy this time! Mostly things of the nerds variety though. YUM!

I have to buy in small quantities because I WILL eat it all when I get it!

I'm so torn between the taffy and the chocolate bars! I know that you can get the chocolate bars any time but they're extra good at halloween. The taffy on the other hand, i think i'm the only one i know that eats it, not that i'm complaining i'll take the extra!

As for stash...haven't bought any yet cause i KNOW it won't last.

I think i'm going to have to go out at lunch now and get some snacks

This one was really hard for me! I'm a sucker for chocolate but this pregnancy I've been wanting skittles and starbursts, any chewy candy actually. But I still can't pass up a chocolate bar when given one.

We wont be getting our candy until later this month. If I get it too soon DH and I will get into it and DS's will be constantly asking for it.

I love any combination of chocolate and peanut butter...and gummy bears.

I always keep a stash of candy in a cookie jar in my pantry for those times when just need a little something. I think it's time to replace it.

Shamless confession: We reward my daughter for PT'ing, well...we keep running out of candy rewards because I can't stop eating the chocolate!

What the heck...I can only vote for one?! I crave more than just chocolate! LOL I picked chocolate but it was a toss up between that and the sour stuff.

I do love the orange and black wrapped taffies but I LOVE bite size kit-kats, snickers, and milkey ways. OOH and the little boxes of milk duds...yummy!!!
