I'm not sure Alex, but I'm so excited for you! I'm planning on waiting until cd28 since I got a BFN then with Alexa. We'll see if I actually hold out that long....

So I'm anxiously waiting now.... I wasn't like this with Callie at all, so it's a new thing to have to wait. I have a feeling I'm going to "think" symptoms, since with Callie I really didn't have any at all, except a missed period.

Dh and I are getting really impatient. I went to the OB again today (this has been the 6th time in 2 months) and I am still getting BFPs....grrrr. There is also still some blood left in my uterus. She sent my with another test that I am supposed to do in 2 weeks. If it's still + then I need to go back for futher tests. It has been 5 weeks since my m/c was confirmed, so it should be negative.

The doctor suspects that I should have AF in about 5 more weeks and then we are good to try again. That means my earliest chance of another BFP is mid-September.

Kristen, I'm sorry that you are still going through all of this. Are they saying that you have passed the baby, but there could still be some tissue? So, if you are still getting a positive hpt when you go back, are they going to do a D&C? I hope you don't have to go through that.

I went yesterday for my follow-up after my D&C. She drew my blood to test me to see if I have a blood clotting disorder. I'm praying that I don't, but we'll get the results in about 3 weeks. After that, we can start trying again. That will be good because then I can have one more AF before trying to give my body some extra healing time. Hopefully, by this time next year, I will have a healthy, adorable newborn.

Lisa---How soon will you know about the bloodwork? I hope everything is a go for you. I did have a D & C last week. She looked yesterday and said there was just some blood left. I don't know what she will do if it's still + in 2 weeks.

I see now. When my levels were checked 2 weeks after my last D&C they weren't back to zero yet, but they were normal at 5 weeks. I hope everything heals up soon for you.

I should get the results in 3 weeks.

A little update, earlier this week I *thought* I had gotten positive OPK tests, but yesterday I got a blazing positive, so I'm thinking the ones earlier this week were negative. So today I tested and it was positive again pretty fast... so I'm assuming that I'm ovulating nowish so we'll be sure to BD soon and hopefully we can catch the eggy. According to my FF app on my iPhone AF should make her appearance 2 weeks from today -- so we'll see. I have a ton of internet cheapies so I'll probably start testing next Saturday daily and if I do get a BFP I'll be posting it.

Now I am truly in the waiting game.... I've been POAS everyday but really don't expect anything to come up. At least it's Tuesday and worse case scenario my 6 dpo will be Sat/Sun and the tests I have can pick up as little as 25/ml or whatever it is.... so *fingers crossed* I wish you could know other than POAS if you are pg... like if my cervix could tell me or my darn body in some other way --- who knows, I'm trying to look on back to when I got pg with Callie and how soon I took the test
