In a word: yes! Sometimes I will get these random glimpses into other people's lives and that is when it kind of hits me how...odd...we are :) Odd is not bad, but not always good either. The sheer amount of laundry and dishes and running around is a LOT sometimes too much. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have just one (or none!). Ultimately, I love having a big family and I would not change it for the world but it is extremely overwhelming. I feel alienated a lot as well. Not many people really "get it" or "get me". It is definitely a difficult life...
