Default Grand Caravan - HELP! 3 car seats across back?

I just discovered that there's only tether attachments for 1 car seat on the back of our Dodge Grand Caravan... I was planning to put 2 forward facing, and possibly one rear-facing seat across the back. Anyone else have any suggestions?

    It's the stow-n-go version.

I think most vans are like that. You can use a seatbelt to install Diono Radians both forward and rear facing. That's what we intend to do if we have a 4th.

That's what we got... I'll give it a try this weekend.

The dealership can put in extra tether attachments. We had an extra put in the back so that I could put all four carseats in!

    Thanks!

I did attach the two car seats using the seat belts, but now I'm wondering how would I attach them when not using a 5-point harness, since the seat belt is being used to attach the car seat ( or booster). This is actually something I will have to deal with in short order (within the next year?) since DD is so tall that she's already on the second highest shoulder height for her car seat (the tall one that is!). I hope she reaches the weight restrictino before she outgrows the seat!

I'm not familiar with that seat, but I do know that once the seat belt is used to restrain the child (boosters, usually), you no longer use the tethers to attach the seat to the vehicle - the only way it is secured is the seat belt. This is how they are designed and to use both the tether and the car's seat belt is actually unsafe. Unless the Radian is different for some reason~ check the instruction manual. HTH!!!
