Congratulations!!! How exciting to have a new baby in the family! Will you find out whether it's a boy or a girl or are you waiting for the surprise?

No, we won't be finding out ahead of time... I've yet to have an ultrasound and this is our 4th!

Had a MW appt yesterday and other than getting a talking to for not getting enough sleep lately (won't get into it), everything looks good. Come to think of it, she never measured me because we were tlking about stuff... oh well... my BP was higher than normal but still great (110/60), and the HB was 144.

I still think girl some days, and boy others. We'll see.

Asha - Why not? It might get us stared thinking about it!

DSS got "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" for his birthday and I made a joke that maybe the new baby should be called "Huckleberry"! DH and DSS thought that was a great idea (though DSS hasn't read the book and knows nothing about the character yet).

Though that gives a new perspective on "let me get my Blackberry!", one I like much better!

The family is away camping this long weekend. I hope they all can unwind a bit and that Sarah gets to sleep well for a change! Her DH is a great cook, so maybe he'll enjoy preparing some of the meals.

Sarah's Dad has bought tickets to visit them in mid June and go to the annual Fair together. He'll finally get to see the Reed Playground then. I'll get to visit later on perhaps, when baby arrives. Not sure that Sarah's father can go then as he will likely need to start teaching again at that time.

I'm very tuned in to names these days. Every person I meet seems to have a neat name. Today I met a young woman named Sarina. Pretty! Her mother is Monika. This time I swear I'll leave the naming up to them! Ivy and Leo are so sweet...I'm sure they'll find the perfect name for the next little one!

Here in Ontario it is hot and sunny. I hope to plant my vegetables later on today.

I hope they have fun camping ! The weather is gorgeous here too. I had to chuckle about: " This time I swear I'll leave the naming up to them! " But I agree that Reed, Ivy and Leo are all beautiful names!

Yes, they work well together too I think.

Today is a holiday here- Queen Victoria's birthday. Seems like a second Sunday! I may do more gardening...or just relax!
